This is a technological operation during which a powder substance, by effect of agitated air, generates a hovering layer of particles which are bypassed by air of precisely controlled temperature, and are thus getting dried. The properly controlled process of fluid-bed drying enables to prevent decomposition of thermally degradable effective substances, and thus becomes a non-aggressive form of drying raw materials. It is an irreplaceable technological procedure which usually follows the wet granulation.
